The wines

Close your eyes and savor the moment,
welcome to the world of wine.

Fuggente

Fuggente

2021 Moscatello selvatico 100%

Frasca is the keeper of this precious, rare Apulian grape (over the years neglected and uprooted to make room for white Moscato from Trani) which we wanted to recover for its unique aromatic characteristics.

The vineyard is located a few kilometers from Castel del Monte at 317 meters above sea level with soil made up of rocks of carbonate granules of sedimentary origin. The grapes, about forty years old, develop a factor that gives the wine an acidic, fine and mineral backbone.

Harvested by hand, the grapes are immediately pressed and received, as in a maternal womb, in new French oak tonneaux barrels.

Thus was born a luminous wine,
a fuse that lights the journey.

Turbato

Turbato

2020 Nero di Troia 100%

Every exploratory journey begins with a state of restlessness, a sense of loss that becomes the driving force. Research thus becomes a period of refinement, the craving rounds off, the impulse softens. All that was once fury and turmoil slowly becomes color and structure.

Turbato comes from the vinification of small Nero di Troia grapes.

They grow in a non-irrigated sapling vineyard, at 358 meters above sea level, a wide furrow facing north. The hand-picked grapes are only partially pressed and de-stemmed. After 5 weeks of maceration and careful pumping over, we move on to soft pressing and then spend 30 months in new French tonneaux barrels.

A wine rich in sensory and emotional nuances.
A long-lived wine that keeps its olfactory and varietal characteristics intact for a long time.

An orderly and meditated chaos.

Corallegro

Corallegro

2022 100% Bombino Nero DOCG

We wanted a pure, orchestral Rosato; a liquid synthesis of the Mother Earth in which the vine (mother) grows and spreads to the neighboring areas of Castel del Monte. A feminine force that has an impact on this wine in every phase and that pours its energy into the bottle.

Grapes harvested by hand from an ancient Bombino Nero vineyard in Pergola with low yield, immediately crushed and destemmed, softly pressed, end up in an autoclave at very low temperatures for a few weeks, then a controlled fermentation begins aimed at enhancing its varietal aromas.

Corallego is the state of mind of those who have chosen to follow their passions, the typical enthusiasm of those who have just set out on their destination and are looking forward to the discoveries to come.

The disenchantment of those who don't use the rope to stay balanced, but to jump for joy.

Terrabondo

Terrabondo

2021 Merlot 100%

A warm and fruity embrace of the earth. That moment of the journey when you feel that you are an integral part of the landscape, drunk on the land, wind and sea.

Obtained from the single-variety vinification of Merlot grapes grown in a small vineyard with about 350 35 year old vines at the foot of Castel del Monte at 390 meters above sea level.
Hand-picked and de-stemmed, the grapes end up in a small fermenter at a controlled temperature, macerating for about five weeks.

The aroma of the wine obtained is a real explosion of small ripe berries made elegant by slight hints of menthol, violet and undergrowth.

A Merlot of infinite elegance, class, fullness and softness of the fruit.

Meodrudo

Meodrudo

2022 Nero di Troia e Bombino Nero

A scary riff comes from the waterfall and falls into a channel.

An incredibly fascinating wine which, in addition to feeling with the nose and the palate, can be heard.

Grapes harvested by hand in small baskets, pressed whole using an ancient press.

The mass is fermented at around 10 degrees Celsius and finishes its fermentation directly in the bottle.

After ten months, the bottles are manually disgorged with a “la volè”, an ancient technique for eliminating yeast from the sparkling wine.

Meo Drudo refers to ancestral music.

Ondapiana

Ondapiana

2021 Bombino bianco 50%
e Moscatello selvatico 50%

The Murge is like a sea to navigate, or to surf.

A placid green expanse moved by small waves.

Onda Piana is a new and bold reference to the territory, which combines two contradictory words (wave and plain) to evoke something unique.

It is a varietal combination of native whites. Grapes harvested by hand, cooled and then immediately pressed, fermented for 3 weeks in wooden barrels and then stored in 54 liter demijohns.

An invitation to let yourself be overwhelmed.
